Salary Range: £50,000 to £70,000

Location: Nottingham City Centre (hybrid working)

Due to continued growth within their Medical Negligence department, the firm is now looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Nottingham team. Position:

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters while also working closely with senior team members on more complex and high-value claims.

The role will involve regular client liaison, instructing medical experts, reviewing medical evidence, and assisting with negotiations to secure the best possible outcomes for clients. You will also play a part in supporting the wider team on significant cases, gaining exposure to complex litigation within the clinical negligence field.

In addition to case management responsibilities, the successful candidate may also contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to support the continued growth and reputation of the department.
