Receptionist needed in Nottingham Paying £13.40 per hr ref OR24477
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, contractors, and staff.
- Manage visitor sign‑in processes, access passes, and general front‑of‑house enquiries.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and friendly reception environment at all times.
Meeting Room Coordination
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up accurately and on time.
- Arrange hospitality for meetings, including refreshments and equipment setup.
- Provide support to ensure smooth running of head office events.
Administration & Office Support
- Carry out general clerical duties including copying, mailing, laminating, and filing.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and support document management processes.
Workplace Supplies & Invoicing
- Order and maintain stock for workplace services, including office supplies, hospitality items, and facilities materials.
- Track related orders and process corresponding invoices in a timely manner.
Team Support
- Attend team meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support workplace operations.
