About the Role

The Gas Compliance Manager will:

• Lead a small team of Gas Engineers
• Ensure all gas activities are safe, legal, and compliant with regulations
• Oversee compliance records, asset information, audits, and maintenance planning using digital systems
• Coordinate planned and reactive gas/mechanical works
• Monitor statutory compliance, Gas Safe documentation, and robust reporting

Skills & responsibilities include:

Team management & workload planning

Technical guidance & performance oversight

Compliance & audit checks

Effective communication and organisation

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• Qualifications: Commercial or Domestic Gas ACS
• Experience: Managing/supporting Gas Safe registration, conducting technical gas audits, overseeing contractors/internal engineers, ensuring gas works meet legal standards
• Knowledge: Gas Safety Legislation (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998, Gas Safe Register Requirements, ACOP
• Skills: Technical expertise, compliance & audit, leadership, problem-solving, communication, organisation, digital & data competency

DBS enhanced check required.
