Now, we’re on the hunt for a Junior Sous Chef with a passion for patties (and maybe a few grease stains to prove it) who can support our kitchen team in serving up world-class burgers, even when the smash hits the pan. What You’ll Need:

• Team Spirit: You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team, assisting with day-to-day prep and service. You’re not just part of the team – you’re helping to lead by example and show the crew what quality cooking looks like.

• Food Excellence: Every dish is your chance to shine. Whether it’s perfecting that juicy burger or ensuring every plate is 10/10, you’ll be hands-on in making sure only the best hits the pass.

• Kitchen Know-How: You’ll help maintain a smooth-running kitchen by following the systems in place, assisting with food prep, and ensuring everything is fresh and ready to go for service.

• Attention to Detail: If something’s not right, you’ll help catch it before it gets to the plate. Whether it's fixing a small issue or keeping food moving quickly and efficiently, you’re always thinking on your feet.

• Ingredient Mastery: You’ll be on top of stock levels, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready. If something’s running low or missing, you’ll be able to find a solution or alert the right person.

• Get It Done Attitude: The kitchen moves fast, and so do you. Whether it’s during the lunch rush or the late-night dinner service, if you thrive in a high-pressure environment and love the idea of working hard for the perfect burger, we want you!
