Transport / Warehouse Administrator - DN10 6ET
Pay: £14.11 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (37.5 paid)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, either 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00
Contract: Ongoing work for at least the remainder of the year
Benefits: Weekly pay + holiday accrual
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Transport / Warehouse Administrator to join our client's team based in DN10 6ET . This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity offering stability, regular working hours, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing a range of general administrative tasks
- Updating booking information accurately and promptly
- Liaising with clients and responding to driver queries
- Maintaining records within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Using Excel to create, update, and maintain reports
Requirements
- Previous experience using Excel and WMS systems is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with both clients and drivers
- SAP experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
