The main clinic is a bright and spacious multi-vet practice that is yet to reach its full potential, and we're looking for a reliable GP vet with plenty of drive who can manage a cross-site team and take advantage of the huge scope for growth at this practice. It's very well-equipped with ultrasound, dental x-ray, in-house lab, multiparameter monitoring, endoscopy and tonopen, and they handle a wide range of cases, both surgical and medical, to keep you engaged.

You won’t be going it alone. The clinic benefits from the support of a dedicated night team at a nearby 24-hour hospital, which also provides access to advanced imaging, surgery, and ongoing case support. Located in a sought-after market town, the practice enjoys a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere with excellent schools, green spaces, and a high quality of life—making this a fantastic place to work and live!

Who We're Looking For:

We're after a vet with vision—someone ready to take the reins, lead a team, and build something special. You'll be committed to exceptional patient care and creating a great experience for clients, while also growing and developing your clinic and team. Experience in leadership or business is a bonus, but not essential—we’re looking for the drive and ambition to succeed, with the backing of experts to help make it happen.

Financial Benefits & Exit Options:

• Monthly profit share plus guaranteed exit payment when you choose to leave the partnership
• Exit valuations increase over time (multiples applied at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 years)
• Example: Drawings can grow from £110k at Year 2 to £178k at Year 10, with equity increasing from £300k to over £1.2m*
• Equity purchased depends on clinic valuation and affordability, with financing options available

Support Provided:

• Clinical support network from experienced vets and specialists
• Dedicated back-office support (finance, HR, marketing, procurement, facilities)
• Regional Operations support to help run the practice smoothly
• Initial drawings safeguarded (minimum £75k salary if profits are lower in early stages)
• Financing available via a deferred payment scheme, with loan options at competitive rates
