Year 3 Teacher - Nottingham

A progressive Nottingham primary is seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher to join Key Stage 2 on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The successful Year 3 Teacher will take part in collaborative planning before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and be teaching from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher. This role suits a practitioner who loves enquiry learning, vocabulary development and leading practical, hands-on lessons.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
The Year 3 Teacher will design sequenced English and mathematics units as the Year 3 Teacher, lead enquiry topics and practical science as the Year 3 Teacher, and deliver targeted intervention groups as the Year 3 Teacher. The Year 3 Teacher will prepare resources prior to January 2026, will attend induction in January 2026, and will teach from January 2026.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements
We are seeking a Year 3 Teacher with QTS (or equivalent), confident KS2 practice and an evidence-informed approach. The Year 3 Teacher should be collaborative, data literate and skilled at building positive relationships. Availability for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to start teaching from January 2026 as the Year 3 Teacher is essential.
