Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Lead small group sessions and whole-class activities as needed.
- Provide targeted support to students, including those with additional learning needs.
- Assist in the assessment of students' progress and provide feedback.
- Contribute to the development of individualized learning plans.
- Mentor and guide other teaching assistants and support staff.
- Participate in the planning and execution of school events and activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
