Key Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Lead small group sessions and whole-class activities as needed.
• Provide targeted support to students, including those with additional learning needs.
• Assist in the assessment of students' progress and provide feedback.
• Contribute to the development of individualized learning plans.
• Mentor and guide other teaching assistants and support staff.
• Participate in the planning and execution of school events and activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
