Lead clinical care for up to 16 beds on Rowan 2, our female acute mental health ward. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care. Build therapeutic relationships with patients and carers. Supervise and appraise junior medical staff, ensuring GMC standards and compliance. Participate in service planning, business development, and quality improvement initiatives. Engage in annual appraisal, job planning, and CPD activities.
