Dream Medical is seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our client's clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner at a busy GP Surgery in Nottingham. You will be an autonomous practitioner working independently and in conjunction with other health care professionals. You will have a Minor injury and illness qualification and the ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care.Car park on site Responsibilities will include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients and where necessary referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team Requirements:

V100/V300 prescribing qualification
