About the Role
As Teacher of Business , you will teach across KS4–KS5 (depending on the school’s curriculum offer), delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that help pupils build commercial awareness, analytical thinking and confident exam technique.
You will teach a well-sequenced curriculum that develops:
Strong understanding of business aims, ownership and organisational structures
Confident knowledge of marketing, finance, operations and human resources
Application of theory through case studies and real-world business examples
Data interpretation, numeracy and decision-making skills
Clear evaluative writing and exam confidence through modelling and practice
Students explore a wide range of topics including enterprise, leadership, budgeting and cash flow, market research, external influences and the impact of technology and ethics on modern business.
