A vibrant independent co-educational school in Nottinghamshire is seeking a dynamic Teacher of Spanish to join its Modern Foreign Languages faculty from January 2026.
The school blends traditional values with forward-looking teaching. Languages are a key part of the curriculum, promoting global citizenship and cultural awareness. Spanish is one of the most popular subjects at GCSE and A-Level, with students achieving exceptional outcomes and many continuing to study languages at university.
The Languages Centre includes digital classrooms, an immersive audio lab, and interactive tools to enhance communication skills. The school also runs an exchange programme with a partner school in Madrid and offers annual cultural trips to Spain.
Teachers enjoy a collaborative environment with a strong focus on creativity and student engagement. Small class sizes allow lessons to be discussion-led and responsive, giving pupils the confidence to speak and think independently in the target language.
