A successful 11–18 secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a reliable and highly organised Exams & Assessment Administrator to support internal and external assessments from January 2026 .
The Role
Working alongside the Exams Officer and Data team, you will help ensure all assessments run smoothly and in line with regulations.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting exam entries and timetables
Preparing exam materials and venues
Liaising with staff and invigilators
Supporting mock exam cycles and results days
Maintaining accurate records and secure documentation
