The Role

The school is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled KS1 Teacher to join a friendly and dedicated team. You will teach across Key Stage 1 , delivering a broad, balanced curriculum that inspires and challenges pupils.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across KS1.
• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress to ensure all learners reach their potential.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practice.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Maintaining open and effective communication with parents and carers.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 .
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• A commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress.
