🚀What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager:

• Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
• Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
• Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience.
• Train, coach and motivate the team – you’ll be key part of our leadership pipeline.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management .
• Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business .

🧠What You Bring to the Squad:

• Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
• Ability to multi- task in a busy, hands-on environment
• You’re customer-obsessed — you understand that every touchpoint matters.
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive attitude, solution- focused mindset, and a desire to grow into club leadership
