The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the car parks, lawns and gardens to the highest standards, ensuring The Club Company’s expectations are met. Reporting directly to the Course Manager, you will help maintain the grounds and equipment in line with company policies and procedures.
Your duties will include maintaining weed-free flower and shrub beds, keeping lawns and edges neatly trimmed, ensuring container plants are watered and ensuring that all outdoor areas around the clubhouse are clean and well-kept. You will also be responsible for maintaining bunkers and pathways, ensuring they are safe and tidy, especially in winter.

Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in gardening or grounds maintenance desirable.
- Secondary school education.
Schedule:
- We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300
- Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
