We pride ourselves in providing high levels of customer service in order to achieve positive outcomes and quality services for people accessing North reablement Team (START).
The Reablement Co-ordinator post will be based at Welbeck House Sherwood Energy Village but with the ability to work in a Hybrid way having the flexibility to work at different locations, whether that is at home.
As part of a very supportive team, and one of four Reablement Co-ordinators within the service, you will ensure the efficient and effective rostering of a workforce, You will be expected to manage capacity so that the service is able to accept all new referrals into and out of the service in a timely manner.
You will receive referrals into the service via electronic systems and be able to manage and plan capacity and coordinate resources vital for maximising the efficient running of the service. You will need to have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and IT skills, being able to remain calm under pressure whilst being able to prioritise multiple demands; working effectively with a variety of professionals and departments to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support and timely progress through the re-ablement period.
In return, you will be supported through regular team meetings, supervision both formally and informally to develop your skills, build expertise and take advantage of the extensive training opportunities to advance your career within the service and the Council.
