Crane Operator

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Crawler Crane Operator to join our Asset & Technology Solutions (ATS) team.

This site-based role is based in Bottesford and is critical to the safe and efficient delivery of lifting operations on customer construction sites. Reporting to the Crane Operator Coordinator, you will be responsible for the competent operation of crawler cranes, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and customer service at all times.

As a Crane Operator you'll:

• Safely operate crawler cranes on customer sites in accordance with operator procedures and all Health & Safety requirements
• Deliver a high-quality service to customers at all times
• Undertake training as required to maintain and obtain the necessary competency levels
• Carry out daily checks, reporting, and comply fully with company policies and procedures (Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental)
• Proactively report any problems, safety issues, or faults
• Work effectively as part of the operational and maintenance teams to support overall site delivery

We are seeking a reliable and competent Crawler Crane Operator who takes pride in safe, professional operations and delivering excellent customer service.

You will have:

• A valid Medical (fitness to operate)
• CITB Crane certification for Crawler Cranes
• CPCS Health & Safety Test
• Proven experience of working to site-defined safe systems of work
• The ability to understand and interpret operators’ manuals
• Strong Customer Focus
• Good Planning & Organisation skills
