Experience and Responsibilities
Daily site security, unlocking/locking and alarm procedures
Basic maintenance, DIY, and porterage duties
Conducting routine health & safety and fire safety checks
Supporting lettings, events, and external contractors
Salary
Paid on the Local Authority support staff scale.
