Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Team Management: Direct line management of Caretaking staff, overseeing daily operational schedules, and monitoring performance.
- Maintenance: Managing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high quality of minor repairs, and coordinating large works with the Facilities Manager.
- Compliance & Security: Responsibility for security systems, external gates, and conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from £38,000 - £46,000 per annum).
- Essential Requirements: Proven site management experience, demonstrable maintenance skills, and strong commitment to H&S standards.
