Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Organiser: Overseeing daily premises schedules, managing site staff, and coordinating cleaning and grounds maintenance services.
- Compliance Chief: Full accountability for all statutory H&S and fire safety routines, completing essential documentation and risk assessments.
- Contract Coordinator: Supervising external contractors, overseeing repair work, and managing general upkeep to preserve the estate's high standards.
