Student Receptionist

The Purpose of the is to provide professional and welcoming Front of House services through receiving people in person and on the phone; providing admin work as required and exceeding customers’ expectations
Start Date: May/September
End Date: Discuss with Hiring Manager
Working Hours: Varied Shifts, Different Lengths of Time
Pay Rate: £12.21
Holiday Pay: £1.47
Location: University Park
Dress Code: Smart Casual

Duties and responsibilities
- Provide cover on Welcome Hub reception (University Park), answer queries as they arise on the phone or in person in an efficient and courteous manner
- Provide occasional cover at the Welcome Hubs at Jubilee and Sutton Bonington campuses
- Monitor the SU generic e-mail account and action accordingly
- Book rooms/transport as required
- Replenish first aid kits as and when required
- Carry out admin tasks as required.
