Conveyancing Secretary
Proven experience of audio typing/copy typing
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and case management systems
Confident & professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Strong organisational skills with fantastic attention to detail
Within this position, you’ll also be: Dealing with a range of clients in a professional manner
Digital dictation
Supporting across a wide range of residential matters
Supporting with Land Registry Portal Submissions
Carrying out a wide range of administrative duties including filing & photocopying, diary management
Assisting other members of the department as required
