Working closely with senior leaders, you will ensure that all operational services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the needs of pupils and staff.

About the Role

You will lead a broad operational portfolio, including:

• Estates and facilities management

• Health and safety compliance

• ICT and administrative services

• Catering, cleaning, and support services

• Risk management and sustainability initiatives

You will also play a key role in:

• Strategic planning and service improvement

• Project delivery across multiple sites

• Supporting income generation and cost efficiencies

• Ensuring consistent standards and best practice across the cluster

We are looking for a commercially aware, strategic leader who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery. You will bring:

• Significant senior leadership experience in operations, estates, or business management

• A proven track record of improving operational effectiveness in complex environments

• Expertise in compliance, health & safety, and risk management

• Experience leading projects and using data to drive decision-making
