PA to Regional Managing Director

Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join us supporting our East Midlands region, based from the regional office in Sandiacre, Nottingham.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of theadministration function and is accountable for the office management.
The postholder will also arrange meetings, conferences and workshops as requested including internal catering and travel arrangements. They will attend meetings including coordinating any necessary paperwork for example agenda and minutes. They will set up and manage the electronic filing and information systems, ensuring both consistency approach with our regional businesses and that best practice and innovation of new processes is utilised.

Skills, knowledge & experience
We are looking for someone who fits with our core values here at Keepmoat; they will be passionate about providing a best-in-class support service and have a proactive approach with the ability to take initiative. They will be collaborative, confident, friendly, and helpful with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues at all levels but specifically at Executive level. They will be creative with a strong customer and quality focus and the ability to think ahead of the curve and adapt quickly to any change of direction. The ideal candidate will have a straightforward approach, clear use of written English, with high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability, handling confidential information with complete integrity.
Education & qualifications
We are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role as a PA within a fast-paced business. Experience working within a similar role within Housebuilding would put candidates at a distinct advantage.
