Part-time KS2 Class Teacher - Independent School, Nottingham

Contract: Permanent – Part-Time (2 Days per Week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and inspiring Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our thriving Independent School in Nottingham . The Role
As a KS2 Teacher , you will deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that spark curiosity and encourage independent thinking. You will play an important role in fostering academic achievement, creativity, and a love of learning, while working closely with colleagues to maintain the school’s tradition of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons tailored to the needs of all learners.
- Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment built on mutual respect and encouragement.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, refine practice, and contribute to the wider school community.
- Uphold the school’s ethos, values, and commitment to holistic education.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 .
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong subject knowledge.
- Is enthusiastic, organised, and committed to fostering a love of learning.
- Works well both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Embraces the values and high standards of independent education.
