Position:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of five
  
• Managing goods in and goods out with high accuracy
  
• Arranging direct-to-site deliveries using in‑house vehicles and drivers
  
• Reviewing and improving the new Quality Control function with the Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager
  
• Maintaining strong stock accuracy and reporting through Inflow WMS
  
• Driving continuous improvement and organisation within the stores area
  
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and high housekeeping standards
  
• Coaching and developing staff to raise performance

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
  
• Strong understanding of stock control and goods in/out processes
  
• Confident using digital systems (Inflow WMS experience is a bonus)
  
• A hands‑on leader with strong communication skills
  
• Proactive, organised, and improvement‑driven
  
• Able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting

Other information:

Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (overtime available, including occasional weekends)

Salary - £29,000 per annum
