Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
• National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to work towards it
• Experience supporting students with a range of SEND needs in a secondary setting
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes and inclusive practice
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners and promoting inclusion
