Data & Exams Assistant - Nottingham - January 2026
A busy, high-achieving secondary school in Nottingham is appointing a meticulous Data & Exams Assistant to support assessment cycles and examination processes from January 2026 .
The Role
Working across the data and exams teams, you will:
- Support with maintaining accurate MIS data (Bromcom/SIMS/Arbor)
- Assist with the creation of assessment templates and mark sheets
- Produce progress and attainment reports for staff and leaders
- Support with GCSE and A-Level exam entry processes
- Help set up exam rooms, organise invigilation materials and manage secure papers
- Assist with results day administration and analysis
