Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust client portfolio in the construction fit out sector
• Source, screen, and place high-calibre candidates in management positions
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets
• Contribute to the agency's continued growth and success

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2-3 years' recruitment experience in construction or related sectors
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sales and networking capabilities
• Demonstrable success in new business development
