Supply Teaching Assistant

As a Full Time Supply Teaching Assistant , you will work alongside our client's dedicated teaching staff, providing invaluable assistance in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting students with their learning, managing behaviour, and contributing to the overall educational experience. With a competitive daily rate of £89.00 - £97.00, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, with experience in a similar role or the education sector. You will have a genuine interest in supporting the academic and personal development of students, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, a patient and nurturing approach, and the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students are essential for this position.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be required to assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and data entry, as well as contributing to the overall learning environment through the creation of engaging and interactive educational resources.
