Learning Support Assistant - Nottingham - January 2026

The Role
You’ll work with students who have additional learning needs, supporting them in and out of the classroom to ensure full access to the curriculum. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and SENCO staff to provide targeted support and encouragement.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support to students with a range of learning needs.
• Help deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions.
• Support emotional wellbeing and confidence-building.
• Maintain positive communication with staff and families.
