  • Maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and schedules, ensuring all stages of the project lifecycle are accurately managed.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks, delays, and issues.
  • Act as a central coordination point between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Ensure proper use and administration of the central project management tool, recording all key project steps and milestones.
  • Support financial tracking across the program, including raising purchase orders and managing invoices.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal governance processes.
  • Organise and support project meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking.
  • Identify and implement improvements to project coordination processes, driving greater efficiency and data accuracy.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
  • Experience supporting the delivery of multiple, concurrent projects in any professional environment.

  • Advanced Excel skills for tracking data and creating reports; confident with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to anticipate issues and maintain accurate project records.
  • Able to assist with purchase orders and budget tracking.
  • Eager to learn and develop project coordination skills in a professional environment.
It would be great is you also have:
  • Relevant project/program management qualifications desirable (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification).
  • Degree or equivalent in any discipline; suitable for graduate-level candidates.
