Class Teachers - Primary
- Be an excellent and inspirational practitioner with a commitment to high standards and progress for all children;

- Have knowledge around key National Curriculum requirements for the primary setting;

- Have a strong awareness that challenging behaviours are an indication of needs that require meeting;
- Have an awareness of the Teacher Standards and be honest about their strengths, but also the areas in which they need to work on to develop and grow as an excellent teacher;
- Be supportive and enthusiastic about working in a school that is committed to school improvement.
- Be interested in working in a primary school, with the understanding that you could be teaching in any year group throughout your career.
- Have an interest in leadership (which could include any area of the curriculum or leadership roles)
