Play an important part in our journey

As a Sales Executive , your focus will be on building strong relationships with your customers. Through virtual channels, you’ll take the time to understand their needs, upsell our products and services, and drive growth – all while delivering excellent service every step of the way.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

• Take the lead on customer orders over the phone, using your foodie expertise to guide choices and become a trusted product advisor.
• Spot opportunities to upsell by reminding customers of items they may have missed and suggesting new ways to add value.
• Support our digital customers as they grow their businesses, providing guidance and building their confidence.
• Turn insights into action by analysing buying patterns and sparking meaningful, impactful conversations.
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolving issues smoothly while maintaining strong customer relationships.
