This is a key operational role supporting teaching, learning, safeguarding, and administrative functions across the school.

The Role

• Providing first-line technical support to staff and pupils across the school site

• Maintaining hardware, software, and network systems to ensure reliability

• Supporting classroom technology, including interactive boards and digital learning platforms

• Managing user accounts, permissions, and safeguarding filters

• Assisting with cybersecurity protocols and GDPR compliance

• Supporting AV systems and interactive technology across classrooms and halls

• Maintaining IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation records

• Assisting with system upgrades, installations, and infrastructure improvements

• Troubleshooting technical issues promptly and effectively

• Providing basic training or guidance to staff on new systems and platforms

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience in IT support, network administration, or educational IT environments

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of safeguarding requirements within school IT systems

• Familiarity with Microsoft environments, network systems, and device management
