Education Recruitment Consultant Nottingham

This position is for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant, working for an established and successful Teacher Recruitment agency based in Nottingham city centre.

You will work 3 days from the Nottingham office and two days working remotely in Leicester registering teachers and where possible School visits.

There is a choice of two new desks, Primary or SEN.

This will be working for one of the leading teacher supply agencies in Nottingham. They have built a name on supplying quality teachers to schools whilst also providing an excellent service.

This is an agency that has embraced the challenges that COVID has presented with teacher supply. Due to the fact they have acted swiftly, they have gained lost business from competitors and are on more teacher days supplied per week than this time last year.

This is a very stable agency, they haven’t had to furlough any staff as they are able to work with COVID restrictions, and due to the extra level of business they have gained they are in fact employing more people in several of their other branches across the UK.

The interview process will initially be a phone interview followed by an interview in person observing safe distancing.

To help you in your role you will have a laptop with remote access to the work database, mobile phone, excellent marketing material, social media subscriptions, all the major job boards.

In terms of career development this agency likes to promote from within, many of the Managers and Senior people within the business started as Consultants and gained promotion.
