This flagship store in the Nottingham Area is one of our standout locations — a sleek, modern space showcasing the very latest in optical technology and delivering an exceptional standard of clinical and retail care. It’s a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment powered by a large, experienced and well‑established, full clinical team comprising of contact lens opticians, dispensing opticians, optical assistants and optometrists who all thrive on delivering excellence at scale. We’re looking for a commercially astute, high‑energy and sales‑driven Store Manager who can elevate performance and lead with confidence in this flagship environment. With excellent transport links just moments away, accessing the store couldn’t be easier.
What you’ll be doing
Taking on a key leadership role as the Store Manager of one of our largest flagship locations—a role where your leadership shapes the heartbeat of the store and every customer experience that happens within it. This is your chance to champion a culture of excellence, inspire a high‑performing team, and deliver unforgettable service to every patient and customer who walks through our doors.

- Empower your team to build strong customer relationships and deliver sales through exceptional service.
- Inspire and motivate your colleagues daily to achieve outstanding results.
- Create a thriving, positive store environment where colleagues and customers feel valued.
- Lead from the front, supporting customers with frame styling, clinical pre‑testing, dispensing and tailored product recommendations.
- Use your commercial insight and understanding of the local community to shape store strategy, build external relationships, and optimise both patient care and profitability.
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager, regional colleagues and Support Office to influence change and drive business performance.
- Develop your clinical knowledge through our industry‑leading Step into Optics training programme and hands‑on in‑store experience.
- Experience leading a large team within a retail setting (Optical experience not essential)
- Experience working within a clinical or optical environment.
- Experience leading a team in a customer‑facing setting.
