We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator to provide support in all areas of the School, and specifically finance, events and logistics. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and inclusive team who are committed to the smooth and efficient running of our School.

You will be based in the School Management and Research Office which is responsible for the effective and efficient provision of administrative support for a broad range of School activities working with academic and administrative staff across the School.
You will have a high level of IT skills, including Office 365, excellent interpersonal skills and have a customer focused approach. You will have excellent written communication and file management skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work. You will have significant recent experience of working in an administrative environment, have a positive attitude and the ability to learn new skills and procedures.

This is a full-time post (36.25 hours per week) based in the School of English, Trent Building, University Park campus, however we would be prepared to consider applications from candidates who are available for a minimum of 29 hours per week (all hours to be worked on campus.)
