Now, we’re on the hunt for a Chef de Partie with a passion for patties (and maybe a few grease stains to prove it) who can own their section in the kitchen and serve up world-class burgers, even when the smash hits the pan. What You’ll Need:

• Team Player: You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to keep everything running smoothly in your section. Whether you’re cooking, prepping, or keeping the pass clean, you’ll be an essential part of the team.

• Food Excellence: Every dish is your responsibility, and you’ll take pride in making sure each burger is cooked to perfection. If it’s not 10/10, it’s not leaving your station!

• Kitchen Skills: You’ve got experience in the kitchen and know how to operate in a fast-paced environment. Whether it’s grilling, assembling, or plating, you’re hands-on and committed to delivering high-quality food every time.

• Attention to Detail: You don’t let the little things slip. From following recipes to managing cooking times and ensuring everything is spot-on, your focus on detail will help keep the kitchen in check.

• Ingredient Knowledge: You’ll be in charge of managing your section’s ingredients, keeping things stocked and ready for service. If something’s running low or missing, you’ll know exactly what to do.

• Get It Done Attitude: Service is fast and intense. You’ll thrive under pressure, keeping your cool while ensuring quality and efficiency are never compromised.
