About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and detail‑driven Inventory Clerk to join a busy property team in Nottingham. You’ll work closely with both the Property Management and Contractor departments to ensure all inventories, check‑ins, check‑outs, and mid‑term inspections are completed accurately, professionally, and on time.

This is a key operational role where organisation, communication, and a sharp eye for detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete inventories, check‑ins, check‑outs, and mid‑term inspections across a managed portfolio
• Produce clear, accurate, and timely inventory reports with photographic evidence
• Liaise closely with the Property Management team to flag maintenance issues, damages, and compliance concerns
• Work with the Contractor department to arrange repairs, access, and follow‑up works
• Ensure all reports meet internal standards and legal requirements
• Communicate professionally with tenants and landlords, arranging appointments and providing updates
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is uploaded to the system promptly
• Support the wider team with general property administration when required

About You

• Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar property inspection role
• Strong understanding of residential property standards, condition reporting, and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high‑quality written reports
• Confident communicator with a professional, calm approach
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy diary
• Comfortable working independently and travelling between properties
• Full UK driving licence
