Salary - Up to £13.30 Ph depending on Qualification and experience

Hours - Monday and Friday 40 hours per week, this is a all year round position

Hello, I’m Kerry, the Nursery Manager at Bilborough.

I’m proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team focused on providing a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We work closely to help our children develop the confidence, skills, and independence they need to be ready for school and beyond.

Our outdoor learning space is truly remarkable—offering children the chance to explore, play, and connect with nature every day. Inside and out, our unique environments—from the indoor marketplace to the outdoor post office, petrol station, and village shop—spark creativity and support learning through play.

About the role:

As a Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn.  Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily

• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions

• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

About you:

• A true love for child development and care

• Able and willing to work in a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents

• High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity

• Role modelling remarkable practice with the intent to support others around you

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework

Must haves:

• Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above

• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
