🍳 Chefs - Flexible Shifts 🍽️

📍 Location: Nottingham

🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (varies by client)

💰 Pay: £16.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Looking to pick up extra shifts, fill a gap between roles, or secure full-time temporary work for the next few months? Whether you're fully booked and want to top up your hours, or you're seeking a consistent gig - we'd love to hear from you!

We're on the lookout for passionate chefs with an in-date Enhanced DBS (or willing to get one) to join our team in Nottingham. You'll be stepping into kitchens where quality matters, and no two days are quite the same.

This is a flexible, temporary role - ideal for chefs wanting:

🧾 What you'll be doing:

Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh dishes to a high standard

Running your own section confidently and independently

Storing, sorting and rotating ingredients correctly

Unpacking deliveries and keeping the kitchen organised

Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards

Communicating clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Supporting wherever needed with a can-do attitude

✅ What we're looking for:

Previous chef experience in a similar environment

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years)

DBS certificate - or willingness to obtain one

Chef whites and knives

Able to travel to and from Nottingham between 8am and 10pm

Strong time management, initiative, and communication skills

Happy to get stuck in with general cleaning and team support
