As part of the No7 Beauty Company - Global Sourcing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sourcing strategy and driving the success of our Boots Brand.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborate with global sourcing partners and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products that align with our strategic goals.

• Lead a team of 1-3 people, fostering a culture of growth and success.

• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards.

• Drive value through effective negotiations and cost management.

• Analyse market insights and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for innovation.
  

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

• Proven experience in Buying, Sourcing, or Commercial roles, ideally within retail or FMCG.

• Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiations.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

• Exceptional communication skills to manage a diverse stakeholder map.

• A passion for product and a proactive mindset.
  

It would be great if you also have

• Experience with Own Brand or international sourcing.

• Curiosity about product innovation and emerging customer trends.
