A well‑established and highly regarded law firm is looking to welcome an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive into its busy and growing Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a private client professional who enjoys high‑quality work, strong client relationships and being part of a supportive, forward‑thinking practice with genuine long‑term career prospects.

The Role:

You will play a key role within the Wills and Probate department, providing expert advice and support to clients across a range of private client matters. You will manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and well‑resourced environment.

The role will include:

• Probate and estate administration
• Preparing Wills
• Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Delivering clear, empathetic and professional client care throughout
• Experience in trusts and/or Court of Protection work would be an advantage, although this is not essential.

About You:

You will be:

• A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Wills and Probate
• Experienced in probate and estate administration
• Confident in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• An excellent communicator with a strong client‑focused approach
• Well organised and comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
