Role Overview

The school is recruiting a Science Technician for January 2026 .

You will support the smooth running of the Science department across KS3–KS5.

The Role

As a Science Technician, you will contribute to high-quality practical science through:

• preparing equipment, chemicals and materials for lessons,

• maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring safe storage,

• supporting practical demonstrations and teacher-led experiments,

• managing prep rooms and ensuring compliance with COSHH and safety guidance,

• assisting with procurement, stock checks and resource management.
