The Role
The Site Manager will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and security of the school site. This includes overseeing contractors, managing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a safe environment for students and staff.

The school has approximately 1,200 students and is known for its inclusive ethos and strong community links. The site is well maintained, and the leadership team places a strong emphasis on health and safety and operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience in site or facilities management
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to manage contractors and maintenance schedules
Practical skills in basic repairs and maintenance
Strong organisational skills
Experience and Qualifications
Health and Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
Experience in a school or similar environment preferred
