**Video Editor -- Fitness Content | Part-Time / Ongoing**

Bailey Concepts Limited is a fitness photography and content production company based in Nottingham, UK. We produce photography, video, and digital content for fitness brands, athletes, personal trainers, and coaches.

We're looking for a part-time video editor to join us on an ongoing basis. This is a long-term role for someone who takes their craft seriously.

**What you'll be editing:**

* Short-form fitness content -- Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
* Long-form YouTube videos
* Podcast episodes
* Coaching and educational video content

Footage is provided colour graded in 90% of cases. You'll work from a brief and follow brand guidelines, but there's genuine creative scope in how you execute.

**The standard we expect:**

Custom transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design built from scratch. No CapCut templates. No preset packs. If that's your current workflow, this role isn't the right fit.

We work in a fast-moving industry where content trends shift quickly -- you need to know the fitness space well enough to understand what works and why.

**What we're looking for:**

* 2+ years of professional video editing experience
* Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent
* Strong motion graphics and sound design ability
* Genuine knowledge of fitness industry content
* Fluent English, reliable, and deadline-consistent

**Rate:** $8/hr USD **Hours:** 20-40 per week **Contract type:** Hourly, ongoing **Timezone:** GMT/BST preferred for communication
