HR Assistant - Nottinghamshire - January 2026
A large, successful academy in Nottinghamshire is seeking a proactive and detail-driven HR Assistant to join its People Services team from January 2026 .
The Role
You’ll support the HR Manager in delivering high-quality HR services for teaching and support staff. The role involves varied administrative and compliance tasks, offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in school HR.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing personnel files and updating HR systems
- Coordinating training records and safeguarding checks
- Assisting with payroll and absence reporting
- Providing general advice and support to staff and line managers
