Debt Sale Consultant

The Debt Sale Consultant is a subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end execution of debt sale engagements, from initial scoping and portfolio valuation to final delivery.

This critical role drives the debt sale agenda by managing a revenue budget and delivering high-quality, flawless debt sales that maintain the organisation's market-leading position.

What you’ll do

• The Debt Sale Consultant is a subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end execution of debt sale engagements, from initial scoping and portfolio valuation to final delivery.
• This critical role drives the debt sale agenda by managing a revenue budget and delivering high-quality, flawless debt sales that maintain the organization's market-leading position.
• Key responsibilities include managing complex project timelines, coordinating with key stakeholders from the internal Equifax team, and serving as the primary point of communication between seller clients and purchaser panels.
Success in this role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders while simultaneously mentoring team members.

• Exceptional communicator – across all levels of the businesses and organizations debt services deal with
• Problem solving and time management skills with a high degree of rigor
• Strongly motivated to do the right thing
• Proven ability to operate independently and take initiative
• Experience leading projects & being responsible for their output and delivery on time
• Proven track record in the debt sale industry within Financial Services, Utilities, or similar industries
Ability to manage multiple projects in a time pressured environment to achieve revenue targets
